"I was told in writing that I was approved for a condo at 33324 Kingslane Ct by Nickolas Exon, paid my application fee, turned in all requested documentation that was asked for, check in hand and the day I was supposed to sign the lease he stopped responding and I was never given an explanation as to why this was very unprofessional and I would NOT recommend doing business with this company. "Scheduled a showing with Villson and he never showed up. He messaged me after two days of calling him to tell me the property was no longer available. I told him he was never there to show it and he lied and said he was there till 645 and I didn’t show up till 700. That’s awfully funny seeing as I called his office at 631 after waiting 15 minutes. Next time don’t try making things up when your not smart enough to come up with a better lie."
