"Owed a bill for $54. Did not know about it. Once I had knowledge of it, I paid it, WAY BACK IN 2017 !!! Did Credit Services mark it as paid ? Yes, but not right away. I had to file a dispute with transunion. Here's the kicker. It's still on my credit report even though it's paid in full. They could remove it. They won't. My credit is impacted for 7 years, over $54 !!! It's laughable. If they report you, DON'T PAY THEM !!! There is no reason to. Pay, don't pay, doesn't matter, they WILL REPORT YOU EVEN IF YOU'VE PAID IN FULL !!! *edit* Spoke with the owner who was very nice. I changed my rating because I truly believe that my issue was with an ex-employee and not due to company policy"

"These people will stalk your social media, stalk your home, call you at all hours of the day and send big “scary” looking men to intimidate you into paying hospital bills that they don’t even own. I don’t answer my door to anybody anymore after dealing with these people, and you shouldn’t either."

"This company has been dinging my credit for SIX years!!!! They have been sending mail to my old address and calling a number that was never mine! It was a bill for $25. They finally got ahold of me and started yelling at me to pay a bill I didn’t know I owed. They will be hearing from my attorney."
