"This is by far the worst credit union I've bank with in the West Michigan area. They nickle and dime you to death with hidden fees at every corner they can and have awful customer service with bad attitudes who are very unprofessional. I was a member for over 26 years, since birth and just canceled both my accounts today due to this poorly trained and ran institution. Whats even worse is Jody the "manager" has been made aware of these issues and refused to comment or help solve the problem. There's a total lack of accountability and leadership at this credit union and it shows in how staff treats its customers and community. Save you and your family the headache and bank somewhere that's trusted and dependable. I will be moving my money and business to Lake Michigan credit union. I'm very disappointed and let down by West Michigan credit union and staff... you have failed your community"

"I was the finance manager at a local RV dealership and kept seeing checks from WMCU from customers so decided to check them out for myself. I joined WMCU about 5 years ago and it was a great decision. Staff is super friendly. Interest rate on loans are extremely competitive and Jennifer is a pleasure to work with. She helped my son get his first car loan last summer and she made it simple and easy for him. Their app is very easy to use also. I highly recommend West Michigan Credit Union."
