They answered all of our questions, and made sure that our estate planning was appropriate and would meet our needs. Virtual appointments were a huge convenience and selling point for us since it meant we didn't need to secure childcare for appointments. "We set up a full estate planning through Rutkowski Law Firm a few years ago and I paid for all the services. I really liked the lawyer who helped us but he's no long with the practice. Now that the person has passed I wanted an appointment to speak with someone about some issues we were having with other family members and was told to read the will. I had but I wanted clarification from a lawyer on dealing with some things. I was told no they were too busy but did get an email talking about probate which I had explained already was not what I had questions about. I called another day and asked for an appointment explaining the email didn't answer the questions I had asked, don't know if it was the same person but told again they were too busy. I said I could wait until they had time in the schedule (it wasn't an emergency), do a zoom call, would pay for the time I wasn't expecting it for free as I wanted to do my own estate planning, but for whatever reason they would not schedule me an appointment.
