"I would have loved to come on here & share how I had such a wonderful experience & that I was well taken care of but unfortunately thats not the case. I called to see if I could get some help with my case. No 1 was able to speak with me at the time so my name & information was taken & I was told someone would contact me within 24- 48hrs to discuss if they are able to help me with my case or not. Not only did i not receive any help with my case but I didn't even receive the phone call I was told I was going to be receiving."
