"Worked the first 3 months after that they string you along pulling your hope strings.. when u try to cancel .. they act like they can’t hear you or speak English and you get billed again…or they just simply put you on hold and mysteriously the phone hangs up. I’ve been stuck in the same spot for six months no movement… I’ve spent over 1k and the results arnt worth it. You better off just paying the people you owe unless it’s over a certain amount. They bully you into staying. And I was told by my bank that my score is actually being hendered because they are attacking good debtors as well. It’s not a full scam… but ITS A SCAM‼️….. they don’t care if your 10 year old needs a heart transplant to live and you $139.39 short on saving his or her life .. they want they money… RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY WERE HIT WITH A BILLION DOLLAR LAWSUIT AND NOW THEIR GOING TO USE YOU TO PAY FOR IT. You’ve been warned."

"I have been using Lexington Law to assist me with repairing my credit. Communications are always professional, I am able to follow my case via the app and they even got my bankruptcy removed before its time on one of the credit bureaus! If you have disposable income to invest in a monthly retainer for this service you won't be disappointed!"

"Whenever I have called their customer service, they are rude, abrasive, disrespectful, and do not handle the situation with intelligence. The customer service representative Ram, based in the Philippines, advised me during our recorded call that lasted almost an hour that he refused to get me a supervisor to resolve my billing issues and could not confirm on the recorded line that he was a paralegal. Dealing with Lexington Law Firm was a waste of time and money, producing little results. In addition to being discussed at customer service and potentially talking to customer service personnel who appear to lack the qualification to assist me, someone at Lexington Law Firm needs to listen to the call I have had with their company, as these are the individuals you have chosen to represent your organization in the public eye."

"This "service" is a scam. They took 239.20 out of my account after I requested cancelation. They over drafted me on my car payment. My credit score was tanked. Things that weren't showing up on my credit report magically reappeared. My score is lower than it has ever been thanks to these scam artists. I do not recommend this company."

I spook with Rochelle Acero and she was great with all my questions answered fast and is gonna help get me back on track. I am 21 and had little bumps hit on my credit and I am gonna work with them to see what they can do for me. I will leave another review in a couple month and let you know how they did."
