"My wife has had Alzheimers for 7 years. As the disease progressed, I contacted the Nawrocki Center for Legal advice on elder care and what I needed for asset protection. They set me up with a Trust, Protective Order, Power of Attorney, and an updated Will. I had to place my wife into a nursing home in February 2018. They put together a Medicaid application package and submitted to the probate court. Through their efforts, we were approved. A second redetermination is due now, and I am again using Nancy and Lisa for my representation. I want to especially recognize Ruxandra Oprescu for her professional and superb handing of my document assemblage and submission to the court. She continually kept me updated throughout the process.
