I explained what I needed and though the shop was out of my product at the time, Taylor took my name and number stating that she would place an order and set aside the product for me once it was received. True to her word, I just got the call and now have my product. Excellent customer service; friendly, helpful and amazing follow-through. Thank you for going above and beyond for your customers. "Ever since new management arrived, it has become hit and miss that they have my brand of cigarettes available by the carton. I have been buying them there by the carton for about 5 years now. I spend roughly 450 a month there If they wish to lose my business that will be their choice. I purchase Misty Menthol 120's. The employees are great! I am disappointed in management. A faithful patron."
