"Super stoked about this Puff Factory opening up closer to my home; I have visited the Redford location on occasion before. I've always loved the wide array of options available, and how friendly everyone is, as well as how they honor a variety of discounts like medical patients and veterans. I have only been to this location a handful of times but each time has been awesome; the employees have treated me right, and never made me feel dumb for asking questions. Alexis (I believe that's her name -- sorry if I got it wrong!), Anthony, and Mike have all been fantastic folks to talk to, and they have treated me very well. I actually know Mike as a regular from an old job, so I was really happy to see him in what I joked to be his "natural habitat." If you are looking to be treated right by friendly and knowledgeable folks, go to Puff Factory. Go to this one if you can. There is no up selling or products being pushed on you. They will happily show you how your dab kit will work and advise you on the best ways to clean your pieces. I hope to meet the other staff and that they will be as exemplary as Alexis, Anthony, and Mike have already been. Be kind and good things can happen. So glad to have you guys nearby!"
