"Purchased a green apple ice breeze not even 1 hour ago from this location and its barely hitting and tastes like its about to die.. and i just took it out of the packaging. Never had any complaints at this store and have been going for months till now. Not once was I told that they cant exchange vapes unless I open it in the store.. but regardless, it makes no sense for this vape to work the way it does. I have never once seen somebody open a vape in the store just to “test it out”. Its just frustrating that i spent so much of my money at this business and they still cannot exchange an item even though the cashier remembered who I was thru the phone and I was literally JUST there."

Purchased a faulty product and went to return it not even 10 minutes after purchasing and was instructed to just buy another one. The man behind the counter got verbal and followed me out of the store. All because they sold me a faulty product and I wanted to return it. He seemed like he was under the influence of something, he was unnecessarily confrontational. Take your money elsewhere please."
