"I hired this firm to represent me based on a Google search and review ratings for on an OWI charge of point 06 for which I paid a $2500.00 retainer fee. I discussed my case over the phone with an associate Even Hubner. A few weeks go by and I receive a summons to appear at court. I called Even and received a notification that his phone was disconnected. I call the office and was told he is no longer with the firm and Brandon will take over and to disregard the summons. A week later I received a Contempt of Court letter for failure to appear. I call the office and once again was told to disregard, it was sent in error and they will deal with it. A week later, I receive a letter from Gardner and Associates saying to appear at court for my sentencing for pleading guilty which I never did. Another call to the office, another excuse to disregard. Weeks later, we finally meet at the court house to discuss my case and try to settle with the prosecutor. Brandon recommend that I accept the charge and directed me to interview for the Sobriety Court for a. 06 OWI. I was told by someone that deals with legal issues that I needed second opinion from a real attorney because I was being screwed on representation and by the prosecuting attorneys office . After consultation with attorney Jeff Crampton, I terminated my contract with Brandon Gardner & Associates and hired Jeff. Last week I went to court in front of a Jury of six and was found not guilty by unanimous decision on not only the. 06 OWI, but also failure to yield causing great bodily injury. If you're looking for an attorney to represent you then move on from this firm. They are here for nothing but to take your $2,500, mail a couple incorrect forms which has caused incredible anxiety and stress on me and my wife and then tell you to you accept the charge and try for Sobriety Court. They are not here to represent you to the best of their ability. I know the response to this review is going to say we don't even know who this person is, this is a false review. It is not, I'm on record at 63rd District Court. It's obvious that to me that the positive reviews are solicited and truly do not represent my experience with them. Most of the reviews are from "people" that have only one to two reviews given from them. It's amazing what money can buy now days."
