"I hired Dailey law firm after a case of mine. Had hired them for approximately 3 hours before my family let me know they hired me a different attorney. Brian took my money without ever seeing my case or having me sign a retainer. Telling me he could get the case dismissed. Brian was very nice at first saying he would refund the money if I left a good review which I did. since they only did 2 hours of work. Has been 3 months since and they won’t return or answer my calls. His assistant Farrah as been been nothing but off putting during this situation and very rude ignoring all messages and telling me to go else where. His assistant won’t pick up and they refuse to talk to me now. My lawyer contacted him and he refused to discuss the matter.. would highly recommend staying away from this firm. Once they received my money they ran. And never discussed the matter again. Shoeing me off to a 3rd party lawyer right after I hired them also. I am a well educated college graduate pm and can’t believe I fell for this guy."
