"Tried to open an account on Saturday but was told there was no one there to do it and had to make an appointment. Went in for my appointment and was told it was cancelled even though I didn’t receive a message or anything about it. Horrible way to run a branch."

My boyfriend went and tried to get a small personal loan to pay off a credit card hoping to get a lower interest rate and Joe must have caught the drift that my boyfriend doesn’t have much knowledge in interest rates or terms of loans and was going to have him paying DOUBLE interest than what he’s currently paying on his credit card."

"So went there with my 2 small children and waited inside for 30 min, which it was busy not their fault but not mine either. Woman was very kind and talkative to all customers until it was my turn… she didn’t say much at all and then told my kids to be careful ( which whatever my kids were being impatient) also did not offer a sucker from the very large bowl behind her…. Her vibe towards me and my kids was just terrible It’s a bank trust me I don’t want to bring them here either but no need to be rude"

"This has to be the worst Huntington in Michigan. Sonya Woodley should be fired. Very unprofessional and rude. She don’t realize that not only did she lose a new account I’ll also be closing my business account with Huntington at the end of the year."

"If I could give zero stars I would. Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Extremely unhelpful. Could care less to help or make things right. Changes up how they want to do things every week and are not consistent with any other branch. So please save yourself the time and go to a different location."
