"The positive reviews have to be fake ( paid for??) ... THEY REQUIRE A LUFE INSURANCE POLICY WHERE THEY ARE THE SOLE BENEFICIARY OF THE PAY OUT... NOT LIKE AN AMT. TO COVER ANY REMAINING LOAN BALANCE.. UR BUSINESS TOO...ENTIRELY .. LOL This company has done its homework. They have created an online presence that helps to build a false sense of legitimacy. They are the closest thing to a legit predatory loan company as possible issuing loans with rates over 20% with terms a loan shark would be envious over with fees that amounted to nearly 40% of the loan amount. They are just another form of check-cashing loans out there they just disguise themselves as the heroes who can save you from the sharks in the water. I consulted with a company that had received a loan from this company. It was the single worst condition I have ever seen in any capacity. In addition, they could have clearly determined the company was not viable if they had simply looked at the financial reports provided to them. This makes me wonder if it wasn't intended from the start to foreclose on the loan after of course cashing in on all the fees upfront. What a joke. I am certain all these reviews that are positive are fake. There is no way. One glance at these terms you guys.... it's just impossible for these guys to be doing anything other than pillaging off what's left of struggling businesses."
