"The Middle-Eastern girl is an ABSOLUTE ***** and is clearly incapable of committing to any type of customer service job. What is the point of having an attitude and playing games with your customers? You already make more money than me, why are you so angry? Get her off the phone/desk and put her on janitorial duties in the store. I feel sorry for the people having to work with this girl. The blonde haired women I interacted with was polite and tried to be helpful, I appreciate that. If you are reading this I am sorry you have to work with a total *****. I hope you can find a fulfilling job with better people around you, because I have a hard time believing you are happy in that toxic environment. I drove over to the Walgreens pharmacy on telegraph x west and was treated politely like a human being. I will be sticking with that one, it is worth the extra 3 mile drive."

"While I was getting my prescription the pharmacist said it turn 6 PM and she wouldn’t help me anymore in the middle of our transaction. I was out of both medications and she told me to go to the next 24 hour pharmacy. The medications were a matter of life or death. Don’t ever go here if you care about your health! This should be against the law!"

"If I could give them 0 stars I would. Every time I try to get my medication there is a problem. I can hear the pharmacy managers talking about me when I go. They constantly screw up my insulin which is obviously very important and expensive. I've given them many chances but this is the worst most unprofessional pharmacy I have ever been to and after 15 times of messing up my medication I will never go back. I recommend nobody use this pharmacy."
