"The Rite Aid Plymouth staff is so friendly! The pharmacy staff has always gone above and beyond to help! Nora- one of the pharmacy workers- went out of her way to help my Mom (who has cancer) who desperately needed a medication. The Plymouth store didn’t have it in stock until the next day- but Nora informed me that the Canton location had it (Canter Center Rd). The Canton Rite Aid was awful. They gave me the run around even AFTER telling them my Mom has stage 4 cancer and ‘can you please have some empathy and help?!’. They continued to make things difficult for over an hour and when I called back to the Plymouth Rite Aid- Nora took it upon herself to handle things herself. Within 15mins my Mom’s medication was (finally) filled at the Canton store. Thank you SO MUCH Nora for having compassion and empathy and for helping my Mom. This is my go-to pharmacy and store. All of the staff is super friendly!! 5 stars for this entire team!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ You guys rock!!!"
