"The pharmacy tech is diligent and helpful. When there were insurance changes that happened at the beginning of the year, she let me know ahead of time that there might be price changes. I really appreciate that she made sure I was aware and gave me a chance to price shop. That's really outstanding considerate customer service. I was concerned about having to come into the store to present ID for the prescriptions and she took the time to explain to explain options with much less public contact. Again, I appreciate essential businesses who provide medical services that genuinely serve their customer base."

I took off one star because sometimes the staff seem not to see you for a long, long time. Edit: I've received great, prompt service in the past few months. Also, though there were some issues with how some recent laws affect certain prescriptions, the techs and pharmacists I encountered bent over backwards to make sure that my family could get the medicines it needs."
