"My daughter and her friends went to see a movie. During the movie my daughter let me know that she lost a very sentimental charm off her bracelet that her grandmother gave her. I called the Waterford location and spoke to the manager Amanda(Mandi) and explained the situation. She assured me she would have the ushers look for it. My daughter left without it. But within 15 minutes after the movie ended Mandi called and said that Brandon and Jolan had found it!!! Thank you!! The fact that these two took the time to look for the charm and for Mandi to make sure she called me to get it, means the world. Thank you! We appreciate you!"

"was at the Chesterfield location watching a Movie. Lights came on 15 min before the movie ended. Told the Manager about this and he seemed very disinterested our bad experience. He then gave me two coupons for a free regular popcorn. Thats a joke, you end up getting a drink for $4.50 then between two people eat all the popcorn, and since regular is not free refill they bank on you getting another bag which ends up being more money then the combo for 11. Sad and ridiculous."

"My experience was horrible I walk in and there is a line with one attendant so all of the people in line were waiting paitiently then another attendant shows up and at the same time a man walked in from outside and walked right up to the counter and cut the line and so I walked up and said excuse me to the attendant and let him know that I was next in line and he proceeded to service the man that cut the line and I explained to him that it wasn't right for him to do that and he totally ignored me.....VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!"

"Horrible customer service. I purchased $51 dollars worth of tickets online, when I show up at the theater, they have now power, so we go somewhere else. It's understandable is out of their control. What is not out of their control is to issue a refund. Went to the theater as instructed previously to show my credit card so they could issue a refund. The manager there wanted to give me passes, I don't need passes, I don't go to the movies that often, let along spend $51 on it. I'm sent away with a phone number to call someone named Donna so they can do it over the phone. I call Donna, who conveniently is on vacation, yet when I explain the situation to the person answering the phone, she goes and asks Donna what to do, then says "she said to leave your information, and she'll call you back." It's ridiculous how little they value customers."
