"Overall I love the staff who process my car payment...we ran into some trouble with my car payments but I had to talk to this lady I think her name was Rachel she was very rude and had a very bad attitude!!! She didnt have to talk to me that way.....I am pregnant and she wouldn't talk to my husband even though I gave her the permission to because I was in no shape to talk to her..I was constantly crying because of the situation we ran into and she completely stressed me out!!! I'm about to refinance through another bank with a lower APR at least try anyways ...I am done!!!"
