"Love you to the yak n bak was such a wonderful experience. Getting to spend time with the animals more one on one was so special. Even general admission on any given day would be a memorable outing. Jim is an excellent host, very knowledgeable about practical information about his animals as well as anecdotal stories of their history with humans.. I can't say enough about what a great experience it was to spend time with the animals.. It felt really affirdable in today's expensive world. If you're working hard to stretch your funds, this place is bang for your buck. And if you find yourself as we did thinking the price of admission was fairly low, you can always bring cash and leave an extra tip. The good lord knows animal feed isn't cheap. Check out kwidinok. You won't regret it."

"We visited Kiwidinok Farm while in the area on a weekend getaway recently and highly recommend it! The owners, Jim and Dawn, have put a lot of love and hard work into this farm and the animals are absolutely delightful. We loved being greeted by Billy Bob the turkey and learning all about the many different animals. Dawn led our tour and was so knowledgeable. Their main focus is Yaks (they’re in the same family as cows, from the Himalayan region) but they have tons of other beautiful animals too! They have put a ton of time and effort into socializing the animals and giving them top notch care so that all can come enjoy and learn on the farm. This would be a great place for kids to visit - the animals were gentle and Dawn gave us good tips on how to interact/feed each one. Also, we were amazed at how the place didn’t even really smell at all or seem dirty (I mean it is a farm after all, haha)! They were doing a Christmas themed tour when we visited and we really enjoyed it. Plus, you can’t beat the price of only $10! It included the full tour and plenty of treats for each animal we visited. There is also a small gift shop where you can purchase various goodies or souvenirs. It felt good supporting a local farm/family and all these wonderful animals. We will definitely return if we’re in the area again!"

"I cannot recommend this place enough. We were looking for something to do one day on a family vacation and found this place online and it was about an hour away. When we got there a family was leaving and the boy told us that it was a really fun place and he was not wrong. I am so glad we found it. We had a fantastic time. There were 8 adults and 3 kids and all of us had a great time. Jim was amazing and you can tell how all the animals are loved and well taken care of. The highlight was definitely seeing Hansel and Gretel the 2 nine day old baby goats. But all the animals were amazing to see and get close to, pet, and feed and learn so much about. Definitely check this place out."

"Highly recommend for kids of all ages! Everyone is super friendly, especially the animals. My 6 year old loved the baby goats and talked about them the rest of the day. Really cool that we were able to pet and feed the yaks. Plus they have some awesome meat and woolen goods in the gift shop. We’ll be back!"
