"Every time I have come to this UPS location it has been a wonderful experience! The few times I have been in Ashley has welcomed and helped me with my shipping needs. She truly makes the experience each time I have came in along with brightening my day. It’s rare to come across or only kind but also hardworking. Shout out to Ashley for being a wonderful human! The store is always tidy, clean, and smelling great. Even when there is a line the staff moves quick, while still providing each customer with great service. "I tried to ship an e-bike through this location however I was unable to because of the lithium battery which I fully understand however what they did next was outstanding. First, they secured the box and made it ready for shipping, she made sure I had my label then she stuck it in a shipping envelope while the supervisor wrote down the 3 different UPS hubs to choose which one to take it to and when I did get it to the UPS hub, they took my box, my label, gave me a receipt and out the door I went. Thank you for your professional service. I have used this location many times before and always quick and efficient service, thanks"
