"Extremely rude customer service from the young lady who was on shift on 12.16 in store#7096. I went in at 3:50PM to drop off an Amazon package which I already had the return code for. The line was long and by the time I was next in line, it was 4PM. Mind you, I was in the store before 4pm. The cashier who seemed to be in charge, said they close at 4 and she couldn’t take care of us even though we were in the store before 4pm and already printed some copies also. She had extremely rude attitude, tone and did not hesitate to talk to rude to other cashier was genuine and kind enough to take care of me. I have never in my life seen stores/banks/any customer service places kick out customers just because they close at a certain times even if the customer was there before closing time. I hope you can look into this and provide the appropriate training for your employees so they know how to treat customers properly and do their job, not just by clock. This UPS location is close to my house and I would appreciate for this type of behavior to change in the future. I’m happy to talk further if needed. Thanks."

"Went to ship 3 packages here 2 had prepaid labels 1 I had to pay to ship. The associate helping me was watching a tv show on her phone with the sub titles on the whole time while helping me. I asked her to pause her show since she wasn’t paying attention to what info was needed from me, and she immediately got angry with me for asking her to pause her show. I left without shipping my non prepaid package. I don’t care if you watch tv at work that’s not my business but if u can’t pause your show for the 2 minutes you’re helping a customer then there’s a problem."

"Every day seems busy for this location, but Mondays especially however the two young ladies today were working quick and efficiently. When it was my turn I was greeted with a welcoming smile. Most importantly Sara was kind and patient with explaining the Amazon process which I’m fairly new to and helped with my Amazon binge ordering returns. Looking forward to making this my new ups store for the holidays"

"Manager name Shara .she is so rude and on her phone Talking to someone else while we are standing for service.After she done talking let us she can’t help us because it’s closing time she has lots to do still. Do not recommend this location. Such a poor customer service.I hoped owner will use this as positive feedback. Otherwise you will definitely lose business. Thank you anyway"
