"I'm very grateful to One Main Financial for being able to take out this personal loan and pay off all my smaller debts..although when I tried to log in to download all my documents it asked for a Pin number and Social Security number..I do not remember creating a pin so nothing I entered worked..it said to call the branch I received my loan from..when I did..I was told by Stacy..she didnt know what I was talking about..so cant download them. Very abrupt..I finally downloaded their app to my phone..and that is where i saw what and when my payments are due..was just a bit frustrating that it was not clear on the details of my account. Other then that..an overall good experience..happy with my loan."
