"What a pleasant experience! And that's saying a lot when it comes to auto repair. I brought my 2003 PT Cruiser in to what I thought was the previous auto shop and University Auto was now there. I dropped it off explaining that there was a lot of front end sounds that needed investigating. Within 30 minutes, Tiger phoned and asked me to come and look at the what needed fixing and to prioritize the repairs for my budget. When I got there he took me under the car and pointed out all of the problems. Not only did he treat me right on the price (including a GREAT discount!) but when it was time to pick up the car, he again showed me (with the car up on the hoist) all of the NEW parts installed as well as the pile of old parts removed. The aftercare provided by Tiger and his staff is outstanding as well. I wound up needing a whole new suspension and was headed out of town in a few days. Tiger had me come back in to make sure any adjustments were made before I left town. I am recommending University Auto Center to all of my friends. It's nice to find a repair shop that actually takes the time to care and treats you fairly on prices with quality products."
