"The technician there said they could replace the engine in my vehicle. I had my vehicle and engine towed to this facility they removed my old engine and put the new engine in they told me that the car won’t start and it’s the wrong engine then demanded payment for their services. I’m no mechanic but if I was and up and service shop I would make sure that the engine was a match before I went thru the trouble of taking out the old one and putting in the new one. This is a money hungry business that gets over hard working folks. I wood recommends this repair shop to anyone I know . If I could give no stars I would. Note I had to pay them to put in an engine that didn’t work I’m sure they knew wouldn’t fit. Any honest mechanic would know. Also had to pay them to take the engine back out along with having to pay to have the vehicle towed 4 times. On top of that the technician keeps asking me if he could purchase the vehicle. I’m my opinion I’m no mechanic but this sounds fishy to me . Why would I sell it when I’m trying to get it fixed? Or if they could fix it why didn’t they is a better question ? And to top it off they left my vehicle on the street in the hood with my drivers window down and my key inside the vehicle..!! Anyone could have easily vandalized my vehicle or stolen it with a tow truck."

"I brought my truck to them after it was hit, and they kept it for over a year. I brought the truck to them running, and when I was finally called to pick up my truck, it wasn't running nor was it properly repaired. It was terrible and I had to tow it to a different repair shop. Much Much more to this story. If i could have given negative stars I would have. Never compensated and I am now dealing with Lansing about the situation."
