"Due to someone not looking and checking their backing I got hit in the area. I located this shop about 30 mins from my delivery. I met with Rick and went over my icon w900L. I noticed the damage and listened to everything I said and pointed out. After drilling him for some time about detail and my personal installs on our truck and how particular I was I felt like this will be the shop. I checked reviews and saw some negative and positive, mainly positive or customers own neglect why they weren't happy. I was able to return when work began to slow and a hood was waiting after Rick help me with insurance and timing. I plained my time off and even located a hotel in walking distance. The shop and all employees I met and spoke with were always helpful. The shop floor manager Kevin also received my opinions on work and attention to detail. The painter was excellent with his work and flaws by the factory we're corrected by everyone. The installer of the equipment was excellent. After 5 days in the shop my truck was ready. I inspected the truck in the sun. The paint matched perfect with the crushed glass in it. The hood was aligned perfect, the strips were now level. The paint was amazing. I located a flaw on the clear coat the night before and it was sanded out also. The only mark was a bug hit the base coat and made a mark no one could see. Of course it did but it didn't change my opinion. The shop was always open for contact, everyone made sure everything was completed correctly and the first time. Thank you for the excellent work. I will be back to get another flaw fixed because of Kenworths poor paint preparation and coating. The roof paint pealed from factory. We can't wait to have this completed also by 11 mile. Thank you"

"Had one of our units for 11 months and could never get a date for when we would get it back, every date given I would call and they would give the run around and tell me 3 more weeks if I even got a response or call back. You have to call several times and hound them just to get any info and they always say they'll call back which they never do and if you ask what's exactly going on with the unit what's left they tell you the same thing from 3 months prior or say they will find the report and call me back and let me know exactly which like I said they never do."
