"DO NOT TRUST. NOT WISE AT ALL. I was referrred to TRUSTWIZE by THE MORE GROUP. What a mistake that was to trust this new less than 2 years of operating company with my 175k home purchase loan. Constantly I was pressured to close on a home that was NOT READY TO CLOSE ON. I already live in a house, so there was no rush for me to close on home still being worked on. I tried to tell my realtor and Andrew / Dimitri from Trustwize that I would rather wait until the seller completed the fence and installed the appliances first before I close so I do not have to pay mortgage or insurance while the work is being done. I was SCAMMED and UNDER DURESS by Trustwize to close on the home within 30 days. I don't know what it is about mortgage companies needing to close within 30 days, but I was threatened by getting charged out of pocket if they had to do another credit inquiry, IF THE SELLER WASN'T READY. So me, the buyer, will get penalized by Trustwize, if the SELLER wasn't ready. Doesn't make sense right? But this is what was told to me by Andrew and Dimitris company Trustwize. After trying to find another mortgage company, I was enticed by Andrew for a $100 gift card to home depot. I closed on the house December 28th, right now it is February 16th. My fence is just finally complete, I've made 2 mortgage payments along with insurance on a house I haven't been able to move into yet, and this $100 gift card has now "disappeared". Over promised, under delivered. I would NOT TRUST TRUSTWIZE. Appliance sales people turned mortgage sales. Go with a reputable company that has been around."

Everything was done online except for the final signing. Documents were updated and I knew what I needed at every step of the way.
