"Walked in and there was only one lady being helped by a teller in front of me other than that no other customers. One of the employees walked across to go into her office and didn't say a word to me. A moment later she even got up to close her door. I was clearly in her line of sight but still not even a “We will be right with you.” or anything. So not seeing any other tellers I figured I would have to wait for the one teller to get done and took a seat in their waiting area. The whole setup is the worst I've ever seen for visibility. (If your branch is actually concerned with customer service that is.) After a few more minutes of sitting a gentleman walked in and the same lady that had walked into her office before was walking by again only this time she immediately told the man she would get him some help. Frustrated by having my place in the line taken, I pointed out to the woman that I had been here first then left since they were clearly too busy to pay me any mind. Meanwhile, there was another lady in her office who had her door open with a clear view of me when I was standing there but she didn't even bother to say anything to me either. 3 people at minimum saw or heard me walk in and not even a “Good morning” or any form of acknowledgment."
