"Feel overcharged on 5.00 Monday. Two tickets should be 10.00. Popcorn and pop should be 5.00. I got that. Husband just had the small popcorn 5.00 ok so bill was 30.00?? Husband to stop there today."

"Don't make plans for afterwards. Went to a 3:40 showing, the movie started, then 4 minutes into it, the screen turned off for a minute, then advertisements came back on!!! The movie then re started at 4pm. This made zero sense to me, so I guess be prepared for this to happen and don't make plans for after the movie , because they decide after it starts to play ads again and waste 20 minutes of your time."

"They used to offer free tickets to first responders. I called to ask today about it and the person who answered was extremely rude. First responders put others ahead of their own safety and well being. The Fact that Thomas Theatre has changed the wording on their website and their policy, astounds me. We used to buy gift cards and hand them out on holidays and birthdays, I will no longer be taking my business there. I have also let friends and family know of the change and have encouraged them to do the same."
