"Several months ago I contacted Debbie at the battle creek office.I retained Devon title to perform a title search on a property that I had a signed purchase agreement for.After a few weeks I followed up with her and she said I needed information and a survey. I quickly replied with all the necessary information and I didn't hear back from her for another 3-4 weeks, even though I left her multiple messages and texts. Now after 4 months,she still hasn't scheduled the closing nor returned my calls. I completely understand that COVID situation has created a difficult work environment,but actions of Debbie and Devon title are completely unacceptable. P Chambers"
