"Title Transfer From A Land Contract Was A Breeze. We Showed Up Five Minutes Early, Got Started And Was Done In No Time. Nice People. I Called Like 10 Times With Questions, They Were Always Nice And Knowledgeable."

"Absolutely horrible service. They escrowed house payments from the sellers to us, the buyers, taking them over a month to send the final occupancy fee check after tens of calls and emails. They also took over a month and a half to pay the sellers late trash fees after several calls asking them to do so. They refused to answer my realtor's calls or listen to anything she had to say, and I had to call every week to check in on them and make sure they were doing their job. Would NOT recommend this title company to anyone in the housing market unless they have a better contact than Jess."

"Edit to add: they screwed up our deed and left an entire line out of our legal description. 4 months later and still haven't recieved our deed or been given an update!!! Every step of this whole process has been a hassle. I didn't pick closing date- it was picked for me and I could have waited if they needed. Calls right before closing still needing valuable information that could have been acquired before and not being given any information like knowing how much to bring to closing until less than 24 hours before when I'm at work. Having fees tacked on that weren't necessary and then saying there wasn't time to take them off because closing wasn't until right after, when that clearly isn't our fault. Never told to bring a voided check to closing even though we had our banking info so they charged us for a wiring fee and then wouldn't wire without a voided check so said they'd overnight a check to us. 5 days later and finally just got the check tossed onto our front porch. Just a mess."

"Save yourself the trouble and go literally anywhere else. The purchaser of the estate I am selling went through this company and it has been nothing but a nightmare. The left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing, asking for the same documents multiple times because they lost them or didn’t have it marked that they were sent, delaying closing because of the confusion, and to add insult to injury, they cut the name off on the check and I was unable to deposit it. I cannot wait to be done dealing with them. 1/10, do not recommend"

"We were selling our home and the buyers chose this title company for closing, we decided to use the same to make it as easy as possible. Worst decision we have ever made. First, the week of closing they title company was struggling to get the buyers packet together, not sure why but it is irrelevant. Our agent told us to be prepared for delayed closing date because of it. When the closing date (a Friday afternoon) came our agent had not heard if closing was canceled or not so we were sent to the title office. The closer came out to our vehicle and handed us paperwork to sign, but the buyers were no where in sight. As we looked through the paperwork we realized they did not have our Payoff information anywhere. The closer attempted to get us to sign paperwork saying that our agent could close for us once they got the correct paperwork!?!? WHAT???? No one is signing my name on any papers I do not review.. WHAT A JOKE! So we had to walk away and were told that we would close Monday at 4pm. This delayed our moving by 3 days. We called our agent Monday morning to make sure they had all our information, she said she had not heard that they did, but to just go ahead and show up to close. We showed up, the buyer and their agent showed up and we were handed paperwork, STILL WITH NO PAYOFF!! They told us we could still sign and they would cut us a check for what they "thought" it should be and any difference would be sent to us later! UH, NO! So, I proceed to call my lender to find out why a Payoff hasn't been sent to the title company. While, I was on the phone with my lender they Title Company called my agent and proceeded to ask her HOW to GET US to sign the paperwork and close this sale. Instead of doing their job and calling the lender LIKE THEY ARE PAID TO DO! I, personally as the seller, called my mortgage lender and asked for an expedition of the payoff, which was approved for 24 hours. Setting closing the following day, Tuesday. We were then 4 days behind our scheduled move. So we walked away the second time asking them to call us directly as soon as they got the payoff information. Tuesday, our agent contacts us to tell us that the title company now has the payoff paperwork and asked when we would like to close. We wanted to close as soon as possible, but the buyer couldn't until 4PM so we were, yet again, at the title company at 4pm to close. This time they actually had the correct paperwork and we were able to close. I am completely disgusted by the lack of professionalism with this company. It is embarrassing that I, as the patron, had to do their job contacting the mortgage lender to get the payoff. Our agent has stated this title company will never get a referral by them ever again and I will be telling everyone I know to stay as far away as possible."
