"A nightmare back in December 19 2023 ups lost my package. Contents worth 266 dollars plus $44 shipping fee. Ups refund of 100 dollars on package plus 20 dollars on shipping. So I paid ups 20 dollars to lose my 266 dollar package plus ace hardware took my refund check . Oh I'm sorry my check is in the mail. Please don't use these guys if you value you money and time."

"What a great experience. I stopped in because I needed to send my stuffed raccoon to Boston. Yes, you read that right. I knew I would never box him up myself and get him there in one piece. Amber to the rescue. She took one, maybe two or three looks, and didn't hesitate to tell me she could do the job and get Mr. Raccoon safely to his new home. I knew he was in good hands and he was on his way. Thanks Amber for your help and be on the lookout because Mr. Pheasant will be coming in soon."
