"I have visited the shop today with (what I thought) was a broken handle on the driver's side of my 2013 Ford Edge. Before I received a quote mechanic came out (my apologies I don’t remember his name) and looked at it. Guess what? The handle was not broken, a screw needed to be replaced and he did it for free. My handle was fixed in 5 minutes. If they told me that I need a new handle (which I would have believed) it would of cost me upwards of $300. I appreciate honest, local business.
