"Cheap rent...maintenence is not a thing here. How do they allow people to go without heat when it's winter dropping to the 20s at night time. Totally illegal. I was told there's a rat problem outside at night. You tell them you need things repaired and it's either not fixed at all or takes weeks to get fixed. They have another complex so maybe they worry about that one first. Not acceptable get another maintenance man for this building then"

"The staff is very professional & friendly! Service is prompt. I only rated at four stars because the units in that particular small apartment complex are dated but more than fair in price and & entirely adequate for a bachelorette, bachelor or couple."

"For the first three days I did not notice the FIVE carpet stains because of all of my boxes were hiding it. The more boxes I cleared the more carpet stains I saw. Even after I placed all of my furniture the stains were there. They are all in main areas. Management said the carpet was professionally cleaned. By whom, a blind man? In addition, the door fronts on the kitchen cabinets were painted a puke brown. The kitchen counters looks like some used them as a cutting board. Don't even get me started on the bathroom. They painted over the counter top and the cupboard below chewed up by a dog maybe? Also, my unit filthy dirty. Scum everywhere! I've been here five days and I'm still scrubbing! It's like a petri dish in here. In conclusion, I do like the layout of my unit, it is quiet and I have nice neighbors."
