"Everything is always broke like the washing machine & Since I’ve been here the power has went out multiple times and a few of them has been after I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on groceries imagine spending all that money on food just to have over 2,000 dollars worth of groceries go to waste just because they can’t keep the power on. Rent is already expensive. Im spending $969 a month just to sleep in the dark & have spoiled groceries when I wake up in the morning. It has been a very stressful & difficult experience"

"I am the Regional Manager for Valley Drive Apartments in Mt. Clemens. We have been hacked by someone claiming to be the Owner. This person is putting derogatory remarks on our site. We have worked hard to make this the most respectable apartment complex in Mt. Clemens including upgrades to the apartments. We have reported this to Google and will be seeking Legal Action!"

"Discusting unfortunately I had no choice in renewing an extra year back in 2019. Now they are saying I didn't pay for my damages when I paid 2 years ago. Want to be served 3 years later after you paid them? This is the place for you."

"After living there for almost 3 years I decided to move out I moved out at the end of October and still have not received my security deposit check upon checking to see why I have not received it it comes to find out that she had the wrong address on file fas well as the wrong phone number after I had given her my forwarding address twice in my phone number about four times since the new people have taken over management at Valley Dr., Apartments the lady at the front desk who is very rude and need to lose her job she gave me attitude the entire time stating that it was pretty much my fault. I have given my address to these people more than once and I’ll give them my phone number to these people more than once so I can properly receive my security deposit back the lady at the front desk is super rude and super mean I would never recommend to go to the department unless you know what you’re getting yourself I am disappointed in the new ownership seeing his old Valley Dr., Apartments we’re pretty decent when I first moved in. Also, after realizing she had the wrong phone number on file again after I had given them the NUMBER MORE THAN ONCE she says it’s not her fault but she’s the only one I have ever talked to. Also stated that I did not respond to text messages so I forfeit my security deposit. I’m very disappointed, does anyone know some one above the people in the office I can contact?"
