"I have some hardship going on due to an unexpected surgery they closed the only branch buy me so that I can move my payment back but they need Me to go to one of their offices that's over an hour away why I'm on bed rest to give them $30 to push a payment back they don't think about their customers they don't think about the hard times I have been a loyal customer and almost have my vehicle paid off and have never missed a payment to get treated like this. I will never do business with them again and I will most likely end up losing my vehicle that I have almost paid off. And I don't have a problem paying the 30 but wish they could do it Iverson the phone"
