"The residents are Great! The maintenance are very knowledgeable and dependable. But, the office staff. Sharon is not and I repeat not nice! She is rude,unpersonable and unresponsive. I would like to have Jilian back! She was approachable and nice!"
"Neighbors bathroom flooded due to “water won’t turn off”. Nobody checked to see if it leaked into the basement and my mothers storage unit was flooded. Memorabilia, thousands of dollars of equipment and damages to a lot of items. Guy said someone will come out tomorrow and they’ll let the neighbor upstairs know to not use their water, but he didn’t because apparently the person “wont answer phone calls or knocks on the door” but somehow did for them to come to fix their bathroom that they flooded. My mom has been calling them for months to fix the pipe that leaks in the ceiling and they decided to try and put dry wall pieces over it resulting in black mold. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE. Their “emergency line” is the front gate…not even the office or the owner of the complex."
"I have lived at north shore apts for 5 years. The grounds are kept up...any maintenance is handled promptly. I enjoy living here. Plus you have your own private basement."
"Over all great experience living here. I was a resident for 2 years and would have probably went for year 3 had I not gotten a house. Really enjoyed the pool area. Unit it self was very nice and had a lot of space for what I needed. Management staff and on site maintenance was responsive whenever I needed them and always friendly. Enjoyed the seasonal decor they did for fall and Christmas seasons on the grounds. Conveniently close to many nice bar and restaurants off the nautical mile. Never really felt like "apartment living" while I was there it felt like a private community. I would highly recommend."
