"i have been a loyal customer for years, tonight I purchased several bottles of alcohol like i have done many times. However, when the lady at the counter bagged my items, she only used one plastic bag to pack them. which i understand is on me to, i honestly just trusted her as i had a lot to carry. As I was walking out of the store, the bag gave way, causing the bottles to spill all over me and shatter on the ground inches of the front door. i went back in to tell her about the mess and apologized. Her behavior was unprofessional and she said i can’t give you another one, you should have asked me to bag it twice. I understand that accidents can happen and it is my fault as well, but it is crucial for employees to exercise attention to detail when packaging items, especially fragile ones like glass bottles. I wasn’t expecting a new bottle and understood, but her attitude was really mean :/ I will never go back :) ps.. you could always provide additional training to your employees on proper packaging techniques and customer service skills."
