"i started banking at the gaines township location after they first opened but only because they were the only bank that approved my car loan with bad credit!! they gave me a chance when i needed on most. because of them, i’ve been able to build my credit and have been able to obtain other lines of credit through them WAY easier than any other bank, CU or lender i used in the past. as long as they stay the same, i’ll never go elsewhere. they tend to have the best rates and great customer service. i have never had a bad experience with consumers credit union. the staff have always been friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. plus, they keep up with technology and seem to always have the newest high tech options which is pretty cool too."
