"I stopped in at the branch on Breton because I was having trouble making my payment through the app. I was immediately greeted by Erik & another associate. Erik quickly made a phone call to fix the problem and walked me through some functions in the app. He then told me about their personal bank account that you can get 4% interest on. He then opened up a checking account for me! I was very happy with the service and level of care I was given."
