"Very nice small complex, the apartments are absolutely gorgeous, they have a laundry room with about 8 washer/dryers that are affordable to use. You have the option to rent out your own garage that is decent sized for 150/month. Plus, all the maintenance workers are great! Especially, Michael J, He is very Professional and friendly and very knowledgeable! Nothing but good experiences!"
"Save ur time and money !!! Moved in and found mold all through the apartment. Fought with them for 2 months, be for having to get a lawyer. Finally after all of that they gave me my money back and broke the lease. Take it from me this place is terrible and the management is even worse. Epic property management is by far the worst property management company Iv ever dealt with. DONT DO IT !!!"
