I had something to return from Amazon and had a label already printed out and a padded envelope that could be reused but couldn't figure out how to put it all together... The folks here were so helpful and got it all worked out, packaged up, taped up, printed out the tracking information and sent me on my way in just a few minutes! As a bonus, they were so friendly and the atmosphere in the place was cheery and smelled very wonderfully seasonal (think Thanksgiving and Christmas)"
"The absolute most fun shipping experience I’ve ever had! I’ve never experienced such a cute shop located in a shipping store, I’d visit just for the shop (local candles, chap sticks, baking mixes, task masks, jewelry, etc.) When it comes to shipping, I appreciate the options with FedEx, UPS and USPS and understanding the cost/timing of each when selecting.
