"I recently purchased a left hand 9 wood with a senior shaft, - 1 inch. I admit that I was skeptical because of the price. Without a doubt, it is the best 9 wood I have ever used. The club has a good weight and feel. I consistently have a good solid impact with it. Hard to believe for the price! I previously had a Ping 9 wood that I paid almost $300.00 for and I never had the same success. Not many other major golf club manufacturers make a left hand 9 wood. Thanks AGX for taking care of us “lefties”. I highly recommend this club."

"Ordered a set of clubs online, and did not receive 5, 7, or 9 irons. I called customer service to ask why this was, and the person who answered informed me that the set I ordered only came with 4/6/8 irons. I said ok, I'll check the website to make sure, maybe I made a mistake. I then asked why someone would order a set without 5/7/9 irons, as I was genuinely curious. The representative immediately began yelling at me, saying it's not his fault, I messed up, people can order whatever they want, it's not up to him to decide what people want, and on and on. His rant went on for a minute or two before I hung up (he clearly had no interest in stopping any time soon). I checked the website and it does list that the set only comes with 4/6/8 irons, in a clunky paragraph towards the middle of the page (so definitely my mistake ordering the set, although the terrible website design isn't exactly conducive to informed purchasing). No idea if the clubs I got are any good yet, but the customer service was hands down the worst I've ever experienced. Would have considered ordering the 5/7/9 irons separately through this company (again, my fault I didn't read the entire page thoroughly), but will not be after that phone call. I hope the guy I talked to gets the help he needs."

"I'm very disappointed in this company. I had been on the fence about ordering these clubs for months, and decided to do it. I ordered the clubs on Saturday before labor day, but something unexpected came up a day or 2 after and emailed them on Tuesday about cancelling (it was the first business day since labor day was that Monday). I emailed Tuesday night, called a few times Wednesday and emailed again, and emailed again Thursday morning. All this time, on the website said it was "processed" and said I would be notified when it was shipped. I didn't hear until the day it was supposed to be delivered, conveniently enough. I'm thinking they just waited and hoped I would decide to keep the clubs because I wouldn't want to pay the return shipping. I have a tall brother who was looking into getting tall golf clubs. I am going to make sure he doesn't buy from here. I would suggest avoiding them. They are reasonably priced, and quick shipping, but good luck if you have any problems"

"I'm a rank beginner at this sport so take my review with a grain of salt. But these clubs are really well designed and put together. Solid construction, and everyone who has looked at them always says they cost twice as much as what I paid. I've never felt that the club has let me down just my skill. The covers are well stiched, the shafts are sturdy but not heavy and offer the proper amount of flex as marked on the shaft and the club designs are similar to all the current manufacturers. These guys may not compare to those $5k sets but for my skill level and their feel I don't see myself trying anything different anytime soon."
