"Ridiculous check hold policy (including holding government checks), fees for everything including talking to a teller, apps and online banking straight out of the 90’s, Doesn’t have foreign currency exchange services. Took a month to get my debit card as they expected me to drive to a branch with my ID even though it was submitted and verified online. I also received no communication or welcome package from this bank after opening an account."

Even though the credit card company just sent me a letter explaining they were raising my limit because I was a good customer with good credit. I would NOT recommend this branch to anyone."
