"Do Not use this place! I had an awful experience! Willy is the owner and his wife is the receptionist. Willy "repaired" my car through my insurance company after an accident. When we got the vehicle back is was visibly not done correctly. It was a weekend, I called and left a message that things were not right with paint chipped, metal showing, paint on inside of my car, shoe prints on my seats/hand marks on doors, and wheelwells didn't have plastic clips put on. Well, the next morning Willy called me from his personal cellphone and was yelling at me so loud that my work team could hear it with him not on speaker phone, with continued yelling & talking over me I hung up and he called back and left a nasty message. I'm at work so my partner calls him to talk and he proceeds to yell at him too and start then start threatening him, then tells him to bring his lawyer if there's a problem. We even had to involve the cops. It was a very upsetting experience... We then had to take it to another shop to have it checked out and it was absolutely shocking what Willy did to my car internally! He did not buy manufactured parts, he welded holes through pieces, used Bondo, hammered pieces, and didn't paint under bumper pieces just left raw metal. It was a awful job! I have picture proof and he still refuses to do anything about it. Now I have to have everything he did completely repaired again. This is a place that is scamming people and insurance companies!"

"Very nice staff. Very clean. The repair that was done on our vehicle was outstanding. Could never tell there had been damage. Reasonable rates."

"My daughter purchased an older Trailblazer back I September. Needed some minor touch up work done to the seams on the bottoms of the doors. Received an estimate and wanted this establishment to do the job. Was told they would get it in at the end of October and would call. The end of October came and went with no phone calls. Stopped back in and was told the job was being pushed back until the end of December. I would receive a call when to have the vehicle dropped off. December came and went and still received no phone calls. Stopped in to find out what was going on just recently here in April. Six months later was told by the owners wife would have to wait until June to get the job done. That would make it nine months after promised date. When the owners wife was asked why this had happened and that the vehicle should put on the top of the list because it is now nine months later, she (the owners wife), said maybe the vehicle should be taken elsewhere and gave the estimate back. Wanted to talk to the owner about it, and the wife said to get out. The owner did call later and stated he was sorry but could not do the job because his wife did not want him to do it. Poor business!! It’s a wonder he has any business if customers have to deal with his wife! If you go into this establishment and his wife asks if she can help walk out. No one who offers service should treat their customers this way. Maybe the job was too small even though their motto is no job is too big or too small."

"Had bumpers and emblems painted on my truck. They came out looking great like it was factory. They also were very honest with the estimate and final price and subtract the final price for work that theyvfound out didn't need to be done once they started the job."

"I took my car in at 9 am today and was told it would be 2 hours to fix my bumper (front). Went back at 11:45 and my car hadn't moved. Had to stay and make sure the work was done. I really didn't have all day to sit around (with my kids) and wait on my car to be finished."
