Six Trails Apartments

"Moved in January 2020; left December 2023. The management changed hands halfway through that time. The old management was difficult to work with, but the new management, Leah and Chloe were spectacular. Even with the difficult management in the first couple years, I would give Six Trails four out of five stars due to the quiet, safe living. With the new management, fast responses and friendly interactions were added so five stars goes!"

"Management is incredibly combative and unprofessional. Leah does not take concerns seriously,she brushes her tenants off,and is very complacent. I would not recommend if you are looking for a place to truly call home."

"I’ve been living here for about 7 months and I truly love it. The location is perfect, I have pretty much everything I need within a 5 mile radius. Management has been great too. Chloe is always very helpful and kind. Every time I’ve had an issue it has been taken care of. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment"

"I was a resident here for just over 4 years and can say that I had a great experience during my time at Six Trails. Chloe, Leah and the rest of the staff was incredibly professional, polite, caring and courteous. I would recommend living here to anyone. Honestly, one of the better living experiences I've had. "I would give 5 stars but for what they charge in rent, the park should at least not be broken. A bench is broken and tipped over 1 out of the 3 slides are broken to where you either get wet or pinched going down it. The steering wheel and clock Is broken on the kiddie equipment. Protective coating is breaking and exposing rusty metal. There is 1 swing and it sits like 3 feet off the ground. The cargo chain is cracked and peeling and the sand is all moss making the ground hard to fall onto! And no trash receptacle. It seems a bit silly to give a 2 star rating but I feel like a little pride and effort could be taken for our children to enjoy the places they spend a majority of the time. HOME!"
