"I feel like I’m always calling Aaron or his dad to fix light bulbs or other small maintenance issues. They are always quick to respond. With 3 small children and my husband traveling for work it’s a HUGE help. Aaron is quick to respond to emails and phone calls. The apartments are beautiful and fairly priced. You need to be here if you’re looking for an apartment!"

"I wish I could give this place and the people associated with this apartment more than 5 stars. I am sad letting go of this apartment after having lived here for 18 months. Apartments are brand new, modern and are of high quality. Located in downtown South Lyon with easy access to so many trails. Rent is super fair for a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment. It is a family-owned apartment building, and it is evident. Aaron and his father, Tom are people you do not regularly cross paths with. They are incredibly kind and accommodating. Do not miss out on these awesome apartments and landlord!"

"What a wonderful experience we had at Parkside! This is a privately owned and family operated complex and it shows! They are dedicated to customer service and ensuring all tenants have a great experience renting their property. We could not have been happier with how responsive and accommodating Aaron was with us. You get an awesome landlord renting here. Oh and the apartment is beautiful and spacious with modern, efficient amenities, at a reasonable price. We loved the location right in downtown South Lyon with park and trail access just a few steps away from our door. This was great for walking our dog. 5-stars! "Very nice, modern apartments in downtown South Lyon. The location is ideal for biking on the trail every day and the drive to Ann Arbor is quick on Pontiac Trail. Landlord and maintenance folks are quick to respond to any issues and have continued to improve the property since I moved here (such as adding a carport). The rent is reasonable for the location and apartment size."

"Was a recent tenet of Unit #1 and thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Parkside. Aaron and Julia were great to interact with and very helpful. The leasing and move out process was simple and the rent is fair. Neighbors are friendly and quiet. Very nice neighborhood with a park within walking distance. Great for kids. My wife and I were one of the first to move into the building a year and a half ago and everything is practically new. I’m moving for work and I’m sad to leave. Highly recommend this place!"
