"We moved into Redwood Howell seven months ago. I have been very impressed with the staff. This place is more than a job to them. Mary, the resident manager, has expressed her concern for all of her residents. The maintenance is a priority here. Service request are handled promptly and are resolved. I have reviewed the procedure to prepare apartments to be rented. They go way beyond normal procedures to insure that the apartments are in first class before renting them. In reality, it is like moving into a home rather than a normal apartment. After a few days, we were using the word home rather than apartment."

"I really like my apartment. I was expecting my unit to be less updated than the model because it was the least expensive, but it’s beautifully updated. The flooring, cabinets, etc. are definitely nicer than your average apartment. The rooms are nicely sized. The roomy 2-car garage has windows so daylight comes in. I don’t know if the sound proofing is great or I have the quietest neighbors ever (or both), but I never hear my neighbors. When I moved in, there was toilet paper, paper towel, and mugs there for me. Mary at the office is super nice and helpful. I haven’t needed maintenance, but the guy is friendly. I would definitely recommend."
