"This company delivered an online order for me and I was blown away by how accommodating they were. At first I received a call letting me know that the driver was unable to deliver the package (I live in an apartment complex and the building requires a key to get in). They said they didn’t want to leave it outside without my consent, in case the area had any issues with package theft. They offered to drop it off at the leasing office or, with my consent, they said they could leave it outside the building’s main door (which I said I didn’t mind since I wasn’t worried about theft). I arrived home late from work and found the package neatly in front of my apartment door and I also had a text from them with a pic showing the completed delivery. I’ve never had any delivery service offer to do so much just to make sure I was comfortable with the way everything was handled and to ensure the security of the package. 5 stars from me. Thank you guys!"

"After having packages broken/lost I was frustrated with dealing with the Post Office and UPS I decided to give Pro Med a try. They have been wonderful to work with and deliver all of my packages on time and with care. Heather and Jackie in the office are responsive and great to work with! "This service was a hassle to start with. They would only deliver my medication during my work hours. They would not deliver to my work, apartment complex main office, my locked mailbox, or initially let my husband sign for it. The only alternative they gave me was to sign a waiver and leave it unattended at my apartment front door for anyone to steal. Which by the way they delivered to the wrong apartment once and once you sign off a package can be delivered without your signature it is out there control. So if it was stolen I was screwed. After complaining for 6 months about the service I was finally able to have the package be signed for by my husband. Tracking information is provided and sometimes is up to date and other times it is not. This service was mandatory for all Beaumont Hospital employees instead of going to the hospital pharmacy in person. The only thing I like about this better than going to pick up a script in person is Pro Med saves you $. It is cheaper. My script went from $60 to $30!"

"I was involved in a roll over auto accident and was depending on Promed delivering medications to me. I had already waited 3 days to get insurance straight and the service picked up my meds on Friday evening from the pharmacy yet will not deliver them until Monday. I am horrified that this is a pharmaceutical delivery service if they will not bring meds same day to an injured person."

"Delivers my son's feeding tube supplies for his medical supply company. Have had multiple issues in the past year. Comes as earlier has 7:45 am. POUNDS on the door. Drivers are rude and unfriendly. Literally argued with me once because my son couldn't sign for his supplies (he was 2 at time.) If you call to complain they say there is nothing they can do because they are just the delivery service or hang up. If you ask for a manager "there never around". Switching DME companies just so I don't have to deal with them anymore."
