"Very unprofessional... Need something notarized in Manistee County so decided to give Third Coast notary a try. Look up the hours and saw that it was 9 to 5. Left work almost an hour early so I can make it on time. Drove 45min one way.. Arrived at 4:15 the open sign was still in the window but the doors were locked and nobody around. I called the phone number provided and a lady answered. I asked if she was open still and she said yes. I told her I was standing out front and that the doors were locked. At that point she told me sorry I had to go and pick up my kid from school. I said okay are you going to reopen or are you done for the day, being that it was already 4:15 and the store hours showed closing at 5. Her response was "I mean, I can be". I told her that I needed some grocery shopping and that if she would be at the office later I would come back. She called at 540 to let me know she was back to the office, but would be leaving by 6pm. When. I hung up the phone realizing I couldn't make that 20 minute window I decided to call it a wash... 10 days later my mom brings me a bill from Third Coast for a no call, no show appointment. She sent that bill to my deseaced father because she looked up my name. Today I called to try and clear it up and she was extremely snotty towards me. This place is far from unprofessional."
